David was incredibly helpful with a recent municipal tax issue I experienced with the City of Philadelphia. I was referred to him through the Philadelphia Bar Association, he was prompt in returning my call and was very generous of his time and knowledge in assisting me. He was honest and realistic about my options and while ultimately he determined that my best course of action was to not enlist his services in representation, he answered every question I had about my situation and explained in great detail the likelihood of the predicted outcomes. He also let me know that if my situation worsened he would assist me in obtaining the original deal that was on the table from the City if I fought it and lost. I would absolutely recommend David if you have tax issues that you need help solving in the City of Philadelphia.
