I have been a part of their family since 2007, Ken and Valerie, they will FIGHT for you. They did a Workmans comp. case for me and got me 4 years of my salary. They did 2 accident cases and took VERY good care of me and my sister. When I moved out of State, I called them when I was hit as a pedestrian, They went out of the way to find me someone good and my case settled in 6 months for that. They will fight for what you are worth. Ken was also like an uncle to me. When I considered leaving college because I was pregnant, he said NO STAY and Finish, you can do it. He actually called occasionally to make sure I did stay lol.
Valerie worked on my case for years. She was up front with everything. She did amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer. Thank you so much. Forever greatful.
It took a while but that's normal for slip and fall cases. I was well treated and am completely happy with the service and my lawyer, Valerie Pedicone. If you have an injury case you'd be hard pressed to find better lawyers.
They're persistent in whatever the job calls. I've got the maximum in all my cases. Valerie Pedicone is ???? she will get the job done. The staff there were excellent.
Spivack and Spivack handled my case professionally, and they were courteous, polite, and efficient.Whenever I called I received the answer right then or a call back with 24 hours. To the recepionist, Ann Marie, I give cudois because I called a lot! My attorney Danielle Duffy performed at the top of her game, making the necessary calls to get the job done.Maryann, Tina, the Accountant and the entire staff did a great job.I had the pleasure of personally meeting Mr. Spivack, nice guy as well. I recommend this law firm on many occasions. They turned a painful situation into a tolerable experience.Way to go Spivack and Spivack! Sincerely, C.S.Larke
