This so called Fiduciary took over our families Trust, Will and Safe Items..from our father. They took advantage of a dying man's wishes to be an overseer to 3 beneficiaries to get what he had set up...this was an Irrevocable Trust passed down from his father, then mother, then to our father. She would give us nothing, no important papers, heirlooms, stack of monies, a letter to all, name of his life insurance, medical records, nothing!!!!!! She wouldn't accept our calls. She just took over everything! Save yourself heartache and put your trust elsewhere.
