Have a family member that has been dealing with some financially dealing with them over a bill. Everytime he has talk to this woman Ms. Jefferson she has been extremely rude. She talks down to people even when they are sending money and doing the best they can. I am going to call the Better Business Bureau and report her. She is rude and does not need to be working with public.

Dealing with debt collectors sometimes can be rough but Amanda makes the process as smooth as possible and treats you with respect. Amanda is truly a blessing!

Amazingly they are trying to collect on a charge from a medical provider that does not exist

You can never get ahold of anyone and it's beyond annoying. Especially when it's important matters to get in contact with with. I've tried phone calls, voice-mail, and emails. I get nothing back either time.
