I used the services from Cooper & Cooper when looking for apartments to rent in NYC (moving to the city for the first time). Kelly Baker was the associate assigned to me, and I must say she went above & beyond to ensure that I found an apartment that I love. Kelly got in touch with me very early to understand my requirements, and showed me 5-6 very nice options on the UWS (since that is the neighborhood I asked her to look at). She eventually found me a beautiful apartment which was close to my work for commute, and also had several amenities. She even negotiated the rent with the leasing company and got me an amazing deal. She was very open and communicative all along. Throughout the process, it felt like she was a friend helping me out!

Jennifer Taher was amazingly helpful and instrumental in guiding me to the perfect apartment within budget. She genuinely thinks and brings you to right places. She is by far the most transparent and best realtor I have worked with. I highly recommend her and Cooper & Cooper.

I signed up for one of their webinars more than 5 years ago, but never gave them permission to continue to contact me. Despite this, their director of sales James Hegyi has been sending me promotional emails without an unsubscribe button, and I’ve even replied several times asking them to remove me immediately, with no response. If they can’t even follow basic etiquette (not to mention the law), can’t imagine what they’ll do in an actual business transaction.

Wess Jawad helped me land my first NYC apartment in Hell's Kitchen and I cannot speak highly enough of his services. He was quick on his feet, extremely responsive, and very knowledgeable of the market — all of which helped me sign a lease on my dream apartment in the city. I'm so grateful to have worked with a talented and respectful professional like Wess, and I highly recommend him as an associate to work with!

Sarah Spruell was super friendly, organized and communicative. She helped us find a place in NYC which met exactly our requirements. The whole process took only 2 days from find a place, tour, apply and be accepted. Completely different experience compared with what we've had with others real estate salesperson.
