If your are thinking about hiring this man at all STOP. This man is a weak willed weasel who is out for his best interest ONLY. He made an under the table deal with the opposing lawyer without consulting us- we showed up to court ready to fight only to have him shaking hands to a deal that cut the maintenance and offered no protection. When we asked what had happened he refused to talk about and said the judge recommended it. We found out later (and we have evidence) that the judge never gave an opinion on the matter since counsel approached with a predetermined agreement. He refused to fight for housing- we had to do it ourselves. If you value your money or have a case we’re you’d like protection and alimony go elsewhere.

I'M SO SORRY I DIDN'T LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS!!. Trust me they are NOT wrong. This attorney made a deal without ever consulting me, misleading me about the law and my rights. He did NOT fight for me. He try to make a deal behind my back without ever consulting me. I had absolutely no preparations, to prep for pre trial, no consulting other than something that was not even relevant to the pre trial. PLEASE read all the BAD reviews before proceeding.

Be careful choosing your child representative and more importantly stay away from Corey Bandes! Corey Bandes was my child’s representative. I wish I had something good to say about him and more important I wish he would’ve had my child’s best interest in mind as his job requires. From the beginning he sided with my ex-wife’s attorney and never had he listen to my child expressed concerns to him. When I asked to be able to talk to my child more on the phone Corey Bandes input was that when he was a little boy he barely talked to his father and he was ok with that. How is this in the best interest of my child? This was only one example that proves Corey Bandes lack of professionalism to say the least not to mention other issues. A child needs both parents equally especially that I was willing and able to invest my time and effort in raising my child. Corey Bandes sole purpose was to please all the legal actors involved instead of truly listening to my child’s desire and concerns that my child expressed to him on multiple occasions. This should’ve been Corey Bandes job description to listen and investigate my child’s concerns but he didn’t do it instead he immediately jumped to the conclusion that I have coached my child into saying those things. If the court suggests that you need a child representative more known as Guardian ad Litem then please do yourself a favor and look for someone else and make sure you do your research into your child representative (GAL) because you will be stuck with this person and their recommendations to the court. Everyone has to eat, but if you're going to give this kind of power over people's lives, you better do it responsibly and more important be objective as possible. That was definitely not my experience with Corey Bandes, to put it mildly.
