This firm (Julie, specifically) is rude as hell. Based off the other reviews, this has been true for the last 5+ years. It is a wonder that she is still employed. I call/ email to try to ask questions and resolve a debt and was greeted with an attitude and unhelpful, unreasonable responses. I’m just ready to resolve this so I don’t have to deal with them anymore.

Lanier Coulter is an unprofessional lawyer. He made accusations against me without performing due diligence. I proved him wrong and no apology was given. Laughable leadership. He refused to answer any of my questions which proved my side. Stay away from this incompetent lawyer and firm. You can read the reviews.

Most of the representatives have been helpful and pleasant at Coulter & Sierra. I've had 2 conversations with Julie and she has the personality of a gnat. She's rude, short and overall unhelpful. I realize that they collect outstanding debts BUT Julie should learn some customers service and to treat people with respect. People have various reasons and sreessors why they get behind on obligations. However, the collection of that debt should not add to the stress IF you want to resolve the account. It is unfortunate that one sour acting employee can taint the reputation of a solid company.

Its the saddest thing when a law firm bullies innocent, elderly residents all because of a community president that has absolutely no proof of any violation whatsoever. I’m not sure how these attorneys sleep at night, sending threatening letters with no evidence of any wrongdoing and then just decide to not return phone calls or respond to emails. I’m elderly and feel abused. I don’t even want to walk my dog in my community. I can’t afford legal advice! I can’t afford to pay something I don’t owe! Truly the bar association should look into this situation. The emotional and financial devastation this can cause is absolutely troubling. Enforce what you can prove, they get absolutely nowhere with these “letters”!! Everyone in my community is outraged!!

If you want a law firm to bully an 85 yo stroke victim, cancer survivor, deaf woman, hire this firm. They are great at hanging up on bankers, doctors, and victims when trying to resolve THEIR ISSUES. When you pay your bills and they never deposit the checks but then threaten to foreclose on your home for not paying... YES... THESE Lawyers are for you.
