**Outrageous and Disgusting Experience with Crabtree Law Group PA** I am beyond furious with the despicable service I received from Crabtree Law Group PA. From the very first phone call, I had the misfortune of dealing with Georgia, whose nasty attitude was immediately apparent. She was rude, condescending, and downright unprofessional. It felt like she was going out of her way to make my experience as miserable as possible. To make matters worse, this disgusting company has the nerve to charge ABSURD and RIDICULOUS fees after HOA dues are paid. They are quick to swoop in and collect their outrageous fees without providing a shred of decent service or assistance. Crabtree Law Group PA is an absolute disgrace, and their customer service is a complete joke. I am livid that I had to endure this horrendous experience. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this pathetic excuse for a law group. They don't deserve anyone's business!

As an individual who has experienced the unethical practices of Crabtree Law Firm, I feel compelled to share my concerns. I have been directly affected by their dubious billing methods. Crabtree Law Firm is notorious for hiking their prices for their benefit, exploiting individuals with inflated fees. This firm shows a blatant disregard for fairness and transparency, prioritizing profit over ethical practices. The numerous negative reviews online about Crabtree's unethical behavior are, unfortunately, spot on. I fully acknowledge my responsibility for not paying my HOA on time; however, my original assessment amount of $391 has inexplicably ballooned to $911.33 after Crabtree Law Firm added their outrageous fees. This drastic increase is unjustifiable and reflects their unethical approach to billing. I've provided a photo to illustrate their unethical behavior. Please review it and draw your conclusions.

As a Realtor, I have been using Crabtree Law for probably 15+ years for my Real Estate Closings. They do an amazing job with communication, handling legal issues when they arise and stepping up when attention is needed for more complex closings. They are the best and it is who I always recommend my sellers to use. Zach Crabtree has always gone above and beyond and Morgan Bass is always responsive when I have questions. I am very appreciative of the service they provide.

My landlord, Conrex, decided to not pay their HOA fees. Due to this, they were sued and I was told to pay the lawyer rent for that month. Ever since then, I have received 3 eviction notices, a multitude of threatening calls & emails, and now they have locked my account from me, making me completely unable to pay rent. From my understanding, this is many homes in the neighborhood, and they were two years behind on their HOA fees when they were sued. As of today, my account is currently blocked from being able to pay the rent I owe to protect my residency In the notice from Crabtree, i was told that my rights would be protected, if the landlord was to act unethical. However, this has proven to not be the case, and I'm in being left out to dry, unless I come up with thousands to now protect my family, but the big man got his! When calling for the third time, I was told they only respesent HOA's, and I can refer to legal assistance. All was good until they decided to intervene.

Nightmare and money grabbers. Converted a $300 annual HOA fee to $2400 They charged photocopy’s and postage stamp. They charged every month with interest rates and late fees.. when you ask about the financing, they’ll charge you 80% on top of the interest fees they collected. They are rude and don’t care what they charge. Scamming you with 30 fees in order to pay a simple bill. Disgusting work
