Where are the "0" and "-" review numbers, because this one can't get low enough for me. My Account Manager AND her Supervisor both don't answer phone calls, emails or return calls for time sensitive items. Their phones must be incoming calls only, because they REFUSE to respond in any way. Might need to get Fox 4 involved.

They never callback after i left several voicemails. When someone finally answered she said They switched their software and never sent out notifications. How are you supposed to make payments?? Someone finally answered after i called for 5 days twice a day. Very very poor business strategy in my opinion. Heather was nice when i was finally able to get through.

For a lawyers office that collects debts you owe they are pretty decent. They are willing to work with you. They give you a chance to contact them after they send a letter to you. Even if your a little late on your payment to them they will call you and find out what the issue is and they are usually ok if its delayed. So honestly they want to help you get your debt taken care of. They've always been nice to me when I've had to deal with them.

I have set up payment plans and have tried to stay on top. I'm self employed and the pandemic hit us hard. My contact, Joe Lawson, has lied to me on several accounts. Claiming he returns phone calls when he does not. Very sad. Any company does business with this organization is no better than they are.

This law firm is a joke! I tried to make payment arrangements with Kim last September and she refused to take any sort of payment I had to offer and said I HAD to pay off the entire balance. They now are garnishing my wages and when I told her I offered payments she denied me ever saying that and denied that she refused to take any sort of small payment. It’s time I hire an attorney myself to fight these ridiculous people.
