Horrible company they take forever to get anything done at all. Bunch of crooks. The day after telling them that I was leaving my job they decided to try to contest my injury a month and a half after the injury. Can't wait to see them in court. Edward Hyde is particularly horrible
The insurance company did not pay the artists that had performed at its Corporate office in Morristown in November 2022. One cannot trust this insurance company. The insurance company is not at all reliable. If you read the 5 Star reviews, they are clearly written by employees. Avoid Crum & Forster at all costs.
They are also known as ASPCA Pet Insurance. Don't waste your money. They will not reimburse for ER rates even though our dog had life threatening injuries and would have never survived. So much for having insurance!
My adjuster is so rude, she never calls me back and she has decided to take away my benefits illegally, never reimbursed me for prescriptions or milage, I had to get a lawyer to help me get my benefits back and she still owes me 2 weeks of pay from a month ago, I have not seen any money since 11/13. And I travel every day to Dr's appointments and therapy appointments, I have bills piling up! And I am supposed to be healing from a head injury, can't with the stress Helene is causing me! ????????????
They never answer any of my calls or calls for approvals for procedures, from the doctors office. Don’t think I’ve actually talked to my adjuster once since my fall at work in March of 2022!!
