Horrible experience with John for the closing on my home sale. John was a half hour late to arrive, walks in and gives zero apologies. Only thing he said was "well most people take the day off". Zero professionalism, customer service or empathy. I attempted to ask a few questions and was abruptly cut off with short "ask someone else I dont have time for you answers". The final straw was when I was told there were no envelopes or simple manilla folders available for my documents after he made sure the buyer had a nice neatly prepared packet for their files. If you have a pressing legal matter I would be extremely concerned that he would show up for a hearing on time. He seems to have the attitude of a cable installer and his time is the only thing that matters. Find yourself a lawyer with a human connection that doesnt "walk on water" and point his nose down at us "regular folk". Also keep in mind this was a large sale 335k, I personally had 21k in costs for closing. If he doesnt take that kind of money serious well.......

Don't respond to multiple calls and emails asking for assistance. They might be great lawyers, I'd never know, they're terrible at communicating.
