I suffered a fall Nov. 21, 2022 I contacted Curtis Legal Group Nov. 28th 2022. They took my case. I received a call October 23rd 2023 from Harman with Curtis Legal Group stating they had received a call from the store stating that they have a video of me walking into an area moving things around and caused my fall. I let her know the statement is not true that I have a witness. She then informed me that Curtis Legal group will be withdrawing from my case because the attorneys do not want to litigate my case. They did not even consider giving me time to find another attorney and they led me to believe that they were working on my case preparing a demand letter. I talked with the office aprox. 2 weeks prior to the withdrawal call. I was told they were waiting on a total medical bill. The lack of communication and the dishonesty telling me that they are working on my file only to find out that you’re on vacation or just return and busy or in the process of replacing the attorney. Curtis Legal Group led me to believe that they were representing me but knew all along they weren’t going to see my case through. November 21, 2023 it will be a year that my accident happen. They did not even give me the opportunity to pay for a subpoena to get the video? Or at least a letter requesting they keep not delete the video. I do not recommend Curtis Legal Group. It should not have taken this long for them to inform me that they would not be willing to litigate my case.

Very professional and human. Most people hire lawyers during a rough pack in their lives. Curtis Legal group was upfront, personal, and very happy to help me understand the legal process. My contract throughout the process was Lisa Duran. She is a paralegal and was so helpful and understanding. Every twist and turn throughout this journey, Lisa was there and able to explain the situation. Lisa always left the decision making up to me, when I had a question, she explained the process. No heavy-handed approach, just the calm voice of Lisa. While I hope I don’t need the services of a lawyer again, if I do, I will not hesitate to call Curtis Legal group.
