Would give 0 stars if I could. They deliberately hold your money, once awarded to you, way beyond the reasonable time. They've had my check for a month now and I still haven't received it. I received the award letter but was told that they can basically hold my check up to month before they're required to send it out. It's my money, and I need it now!!!

I have recently been reading the many comments from clients to see if the were experiencing the same type of treatment I was from these uneducated, unprofessional law attorneys and just as I thought, they treat others the same way. I filed a claim with this law office and after my money was dispersed, they held it another month and a half so that it would draw interest in their account. I am a single mother of 3 and I wish I had never chosen such incompetent people to handle my case and then hold on to my funds. I have mouths to feed and I have to make sure we have shelter. Everytime, I called they were extremely rude! Now I hear others are experiencing the same issues with their funding from the USDA. Other law firms have already dispensed funds and they have been holding funds for over a month. I am truly sorry that they have to go through this. I wish I could have lead them in another direction. These law attorneys only care above themselves and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE!!

This law firm is very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. My elderly mother filed a claim for the USDA and they will not release her check and they had her check since July 2024. They are telling me they have a lotta people , but I know several people that has received their checks. This law firm is holding the checks just to draw the interest of all the checks. I know how this works. My mom need her money and they should release her check because it is due to her. I will not use them again. They are scamming.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. USDA mail my check to them on July 29, 2024 and I haven’t received any thing yet. Y’all haven’t released nobody checks. Why are they holding our money for interest for the pockets. People out here struggling and they won’t release our lawsuit money. They been lying about sending our money. I will definitely be contacting the Texas Bar Association

Savannah Salazar, it was such a pleasure speaking with you! She answered all of my questions I had and more, this girl knows her stuff! I was very impressed with all the knowledge this young lady has, she was able to explain the process my family and I would go through. She was so easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable, ask for Savannah if you need help! She's very professional and respectful but will also have you feel like you're home!
