Do not buy appliances here. They take weeks to get to a repair, months to get it back to you, and if your brave enough to purchase an appliance then do yourself a favor & purchase an extended warranty! And do not expect this place to provide you with a "loaner" appliance while they take MONTHS to get yours repaired. I lost over $500 in meat when my whirlpool refrigerator went out the 1st time. Never kept anything in the freezer after that. It has went out twice, the ice maker 3 times & it's not working again, freon leaked out twice, and the freezer is not working very good right now. Paid thousands of dollars for this refrigerator & after the 2nd issue I asked for it to be replaced & was told no, period. D.T. or John would have made this issue right. But the new generation of McCalls' takes your money & your just screwed. Good luck & best wishes McCalls because you will never get another dollar from this old lady.

I just had a refrigerator delivered to my home in Carthage. I want to compliment the two young delivery men who delivered it. They were very kind, polite, and so helpful. They did everything to make sure I was happy with the placement in my garage. They were both a pleasure.

I went shopping for sofa or loveseat & recliner. There were no sales people on the floor to help me, which was a plus for me. I like to shop without interruption. I found what I was looking for, got a salesperson and purchased with no hassle. Delivery was quick and the guys did an excellent job navigating their truck up my extremely steep and difficult driveway. Assembled the furniture and made sure I was satisfied! Excellent experience

Purchased a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator 2-1/2 years ago. Evaporator coil failed and the refrigerator had to be taken in to D.T. McCall. Were initially told it would be about 10 days to repair. We're presently 4 weeks out. Our credit card has been charged and supposedly it is fixed, however three days into this taking place and no one has called to say when we're getting our refrigerator delivered. Called this morning and they said it'd be delivered when a truck was in our area. Terrible attitudes from customer service reps--terrible customer service period!! One reason we purchased from them was the knowledge that they have a "service" department. Don't be fooled.

I went to the scratch and dent store in Carthage and the woman in there was just plain rude. Not to mention her personal hygiene was horrible her breath smelled so bad. She was so busy on the phone with what she said was crazys man that she didn't even have time to ask us what we were looking for. I will never go there again . And just for the record it was me and 5 of my friends there needing to buy so you lost 6 sales thanks to her... Christian Walker was her name if she still works there do not waste your time going.
