A phenomenal computer repair shop that gives run of the mill tech repair a run for its money. Great service and friendly faces make for a good experience overall. If you're against planned obsolescence and want to get the most out of your devices, check this place out.
I just had the best experience with this computer shop. Being intimidated by computers, I didn't want to go to a Best Buy. Plug-n-Play offered more of a friendly, personal service than those big, fat corporations. The shop owner, Roger, put my mind at ease right away. His confidence and knowledge of computers assured me that I came to the right place. He was able to fix my computer easily and at a reasonable price. Roger is now my new computer doctor for any future problems!
Great experience. Had a non-functional year-old laptop, and the manufacturer's warranty process was a complete mess. I took it to Plug and Play instead, and glad I did! Reasonable deposit, accurate diagnosis and repair proposal, and timely repair after I accepted. Fair prices and good work.
Roger is a consummate professional, demonstrating exemplary customer service you just can't find at the big box stores! On one occasion, I had fried my motherboard, and Roger was able to retrieve precious baby photos, and incredibly vital work documents. Then on another, with a new computer, I had gotten a virus that had completely disabled my computer, and rendered it useless, as the virus had wiped the OS off the system. I took this issue to Roger, who was glad to help me again, and he restored my Windows operating system, and helped me (again) recover precious data for an affordable price. I highly recommend venturing to Plug-n-Play PC for any computer issue you may have.
This place saved my business! My laptop was hijacked by a virus that demands a ransom to get your data back. All my Quickbooks files were being held hostage and I needed to do my corporate taxes ASAP. I am so glad when I was on my way to Best Buy I saw Plug-n-Play PC . When I went in I saw its a pretty busy shop, (Always a good sign) and met Roger the tech there. He listened to my plight patiently and talked me off the digital ledge . He was not only able to rescue my data , he gave my laptop a free tune-up (and installed better antivirus than I had before. ) for $99 which was HALF the price Best Buy quoted me. I don't know why the other guy on here thinks they are expensive. He obviously has not called too many places.
