We closed on our house in sudbury using Dane Brady & Hayden in 2004. In 2011 a closing attorney for our refinance said our homestead act was not filed. Though we couldn't reach Dane Brady& Hayden by phone, Dane Brady & Hayden did follow up with an investigation of our closing many years earlier, and took time to write a letter, including details how the work had been completed and synopsis of the issue with our refinance that involved another attorney.
