Absolute joke! Unprofessionalism at its finest! Sent intake paperwork, received call back stating a lawyer would contact me. 4 weeks NO CALL. I called them and left several messages as nobody ever answers the phone! Another 4 weeks with no call back. Finally call back and she acted like I was brothering them!. ????

Hello. I'm currently going through a divorce and the counsel assigned to me is less than professional; speaking mono toned. When I called to I question about the status of my case she responded, "I didn't have anything to tellyou"..what?? I said wow that was harsh and concluded the call.

The receptionist/operator at this place is so rude! I called the first time and she wouldn't even let me finish explaining why I was calling and transferred me to someone whose extension went straight to voicemail. I called back to ask for an email address and again she didn't let me even finish my sentence and transferred me to the same number that was going straight to voicemail and when I called back a third time I guess she knew it was me calling back because she then stopped picking up altogether! I want to report this person, she shouldn't be working as the operator if she can't do her job! I called 12/06 at 9:30am. I will be coming to the offices to follow up on this because her behavior was unacceptable!

I Recommend this place to a friend for the legal services area. I spoke with Jackie, she attended to me in Spanish, I briefly explained my friend's sittwirk tion and she immediately put him in contact with the people who could help him from her office. At this moment the case is being worked on. Although she is working by phone from home, Jackie has continued to provide excellent service. This is a very sorry service, I called them several times, just trying to find out some information and they kept hanging up on me and then finally they sent me to an answering machine saying something about covid-19 as a cop out to actually talk to people. No help at all so don't even waste your time
