About a year ago I was injured and needed to know if I had a case. We all want to believe when we're injured we can blame someone else, but let's face it, that doesn't mean it's 'legally' someone else's fault. I was recommended to David A. Axelrod & Associates by my nephew, also an attorney, because he assured me that they would be honest one way or the other and wouldn't waste my time, or money. The attorneys who were assigned my case communicated with me regularly. They explained the process, answered my questions thoroughly, told me what was happening and why. I was happy with their commitment to me knowing that the firm is known for handling high profile medical litigation cases. While I sincerely wish you (the reader of this) didn't need these services, you're not reading this for nothing. So I'm sorry, I hope you get/got better. But I do highly recommend David A. Axelrod & Associates.
Avoid David, he does not have your best interests in mind. He will milk your out of tons of $$ and do very little work in return. He was paid over $50k in a suit against my former employer and did nothing to help my cause. He and his staff fell for every game they played. Shameful! Claiming to be an employment attorney; he did not know that when my former employer shared my FMLA application with management by HR is in fact very illegal! Knowing so and bringing it to light would have helped my case.
I was referred to this firm for a medical malpractice suit on behalf of my son. Gave them money to hire an expert to review my son's medical records for 2 botched surgeries. They did not contact me until a few weeks before the statute ran to tell me my son did not have a case. I would never refer anyone to this firm for a medical malpractice claim or any other legal remedies
