David E Dearing

What follows is strictly my opinion based upon my experience working with David. Your experience may be different. My wife and I hired David to help us on a zoning issue. We were so thoroughly and completely unimpressed with him that we eventually cancelled his contract, and hired someone else. We work with attorneys all the time in our business. In our opinion, David is without doubt the worst lawyer we have ever worked with.We feel that the money we spent on him was truly wasted, and also that we have more problems now than when we hired him. Worse yet, even though we cancelled his contract before the project was complete, his bill was still MUCH MUCH higher than his estimate for the entire project, even though we told him to stop working before the hearing. We found someone else, and they are doing a great job for us. We absolutely would not recommend David. Again, this is simply our opinion and we make no specific claims.

I called them for some legal advice and spoke to someone who was incredibly rude and told me “ You called me I didn’t call you, when I mistakenly interrupted and asked a question.” Never seen so unprofessionalism in my life.
