I HIGHLY recommend David Roer. Not only did he win our case but he has to be the best attorney in the State of Arizona. He took our case very seriously. I was not expecting such a positive experience. He was in constant communication with us. He did all of the investigating himself. Double checked all aspects of our case including all witnesses. He left no stone uncovered. In fact, don't waste your time calling anyone else. If anyone is going to win your case, this man is going to do it.

First impression was very professional and successful but the end result was negative. VERY high priced attorney that requires all money up front before taking case. Says there's no additional charges (false). This was a very easy case and his time or concern wasn't put into it, which dragged it out many months, losts of money and still not an outcome it should've been. Not recommended if you want someone to represent you to get the best outcome.

I can not seem to come up with the best adjective that would best represent Mr. Roer, so instead I'll give you the facts. nnA few months ago my son needed immediate counsel. Mr. Roer not only came to our aid swiftly but the council we received kept my son from receiving any formal charges. I have no doubt that if we would have went with another lawyer that the results would not have been the same. Why? Because, he is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of law and knew exactly what questions to ask, along with which documents we were/and were not provided at the time of arrest.nn I am forever thankful to Mr. Roer and his ability to protect our rights. As a matter of fact, I was so impressed with him that I have called him numerous times since with legal questions for several other issues, to ensure I know my rights; I just called him again today, Jan 2nd 2018, and again... he immediately returned my call, answered my question matter-of-factly, and of course wished me a Happy New Year. Although I didn't like the answer, I know without a shadow of doubt that the answer he gave is factual because he has proven to be a superior Lawyer; and one you can trust. I'm sure I can call him David by now, but I believe in respecting his position/title and will always hold him in the upmost regard...so to me he will eternally be, Mr. Roer. nnIn closing, his rates are very reasonable and, in my opinion, are highly competitive. There were no surprise charges or hidden fees. Everything was clearly communicated in writing before we agreed to proceed. nnI highly recommend Mr. Roer and encourage anyone reading this review, to call for a consult. As a matter of fact, call a few others and interview them first, before you go see him. I can guarantee you will leave his office knowing you're in the right hands.
