This company buys land in the middle of Baltimore's CBD, bull dozed historic buildings, and has left 2 rubble pits in their place for 4 years. Now they are asking the city for tax breaks to build? Nothing less of extortion. This is immoral and should be illegal.

I'm a retired Baltimore City Police Officer working at a pharmacy located in the Belair Beltway Shopping Center, a David S Brown property. We've had to call them numerous times for problems we had at the pharmacy. Every time we called, these guys showed up within 20-30 minutes. For a property management company, that is OUTSTANDING. They ALWAYS show up prepared also. We've had 2 burglaries at our pharmacy, with the most recent one happening today. In fact, there's a technician from David S. Brown working on our door as I'm typing this. And, he came prepared to rig our door so we can secure it until we get a new one. On top of that, this is early on a Sunday morning. I've got nothing but high praise for this company.

I have been working here for almost 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about our company. The employees are friendly and are always willing to help out if you need anything. The company manages a large number of residential and commercial properties so there is always something exciting going on at the office. Howard is an exceptional leader and really treats his employees great.
