I was referred to Melkonoff in 2007 by friend and they were excellent disability lawyer and it took about 3 years as they 1st told me it could!As its very backed up in the hearings/court's But 2010 We WON THANKS to Melkonoff He does great work for Many and he charged less than 3 other lawyers i compared to

this law firm has cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars with their laziness , complete ineptitude . i haven't been able to work since 2009 . my case should have been an easy win . but they sent me to my hearing with my pants down . they could have post-poned my hearing , made sure i was ready . i went to my hearing w/o any statement of limitations from my Dr. . which i easily obtained AFTER my hearing (after a month, i had 2 from 2 different Dr's ). i asked for months if i needed additional information . or if i needed to do anything . and the answer was no . a few weeks before my hearing . they told me i needed this paperwork . but my Dr. was on vacation . and i was unable to get it before the hearing date . i never wanted to file for disability . so i put it off , until i came to terms with my disability . i paid into SS for over 30 years . served my country .12 years and should be getting a decent check every month . instead i'm forced to file for SSI . which robs me of over 1,000 a month . and will be required to file for SS benefits at age 62 . robbing me of over 700 a month from then on . my back pay should have been 120,000. altogether this firm has cost me . not only mental anguish . but well over 150,000 . and nearly a 1,000 a month for the next 8 years . then 700 a month for the remainder of my lifetime . i'm hoping i can find a lawyer willing to sue them for malfeasance. and have melkonoff disbarred .

In a nutshell, they are my attorney lawfirm, and I havent been able to reach them for 2 weeks! I needed an important document, left half a dozen voice mails, no response! They have all my Dr records from various Dr's, and this is very worrisome. UPDATE: Turns out they moved, claimed they sent me this imoortant info, then I informed them they had my email incorrect! Very upsetting still!
