I called Delaney and Murphy when my mother decided to move in with my husband and I, and we needed to sell her house. He was very respectful of my mother, kept us advised of all aspects of the sale, and definitely looked out for my mother's best interest. My husband and I were so pleased that we asked him to also handle the sale of our house when we moved the three of us to Florida. If you can find someone else, don't use this lawyer. He has too many cases - didn't have time to talk and messed up my very important document. I think he can do a good job if he chooses to.
