Worst customer service !!!! I booked the flight and it has been change. I totally understand but when I checked on the delta.com website again . My flight show on the website with the higher price!!!! You cancel me because you need more money. Also the call center is really bad . My waiting time is 1.12 hrs already but nothing response. On the website the estimated time to wait is 11minutes but now it's more than 11 minutes. Text message is the worst ever. It's didn't help anything !!! It's completely my fault to choose Delta...!!!

Not a trustworthy airline anymore. Issue #1: -Mechanical Failure leads to 2hr delay forcing me to miss my connection -The missed connection forced a 15 hour delay leading me to missing time to be with my loved ones after a family member passed. -The only compensation offered was simply for my out of pocket expenses for meals/transportation... Issue #2 -App or Kiosk did not work to check in -Check in gate closed 15m early -I could not check into my next flight as there was no one there forcing me to miss a connection that I had to schedule myself as they did not book from my departing city. -So far no compensation offered. I have sent customer care a request, and will update my review if I hear back.

Delta is truly the best airline, hands down! No other airline comes close to the dedication to quality customer service.

Terrible customer service. Trying to reach out to representatives on the phone is a joke. Automated system says 10-15 mins and end up waiting for an hour and just give up. Their online chat is also a waste of time. Been pressing “A” for need assistance for almost the entire day and no one got to me. Terrible

The government needs to step in and create more competition in the airline industry. Then they might let you actually speak to a human being without waiting an hour in the phone. I can't even find where to message with a rep. The whole website is set up to keep you from engaging with anyone at the company.
