Hello my name is Charles Lovely, I got divorced two years ago and i choose the law firm Cordell & Cordell , and i was assigned to a young lady attorney by the name of Alison Morris who was very professional and smart.nnMs. Morris assured me on day one that she would give me her undivided attention , and share my concerns equally though out my case, and she did just that. Ms. Morris was very knowledgeable with the laws and statues of the State of Florida which made me feel so confident during the entire process.nnWhen we reached the finial judgement of my divorce, Ms. Morris had fought for everything though out the case that she assured me of from day one, and i was very happy with the outcome of my divorce. nnUntil this day, i am very satisfied with the way Alison was always well prepared for any situation during the trail with documentation and any other issue that was presented during the trail, she made me fell very confident at all times, Alison was awesome and I will be grateful to her forever.nnI would, and i have recommenced Ms. Morris and the Cordell & Cordell Law firm to several people that i have shared my experience with, and I shared nothing but positive reviews with them. I was involved in a difficult child custody case with my former wife for 18 months. I retained Cordell and Cordell after 1 year because I felt I needed to change attorneys and retain attorneys with expertise in child custody cases. Overall, I am quite happy with Amanda Diplan and Alison Morriss because my case was very complicated and they led me to a fair settlement with my ex-wife, which benefited our children. Even though the result isn't what I wanted, it is the best I could get given the circumstances. Unfortunately, fathers are at a major disadvantage in child custody cases in Florida.

Worst EVER. They collected information that was not even used for my hearing told me I had an arsenal to protect my child and none of it was ever even used. Then to top it off my attorney was either fired or left the company after running a MASSIVE bill. DO NOT GO TO THIS LAWFIRM. Crooks are an understatement. Long short I will be in debt to then for a VERY long time. This firm needs to be reported to whatever governs law Firms and shut down. They are thief's. HANDS DOWN. nI now do not have money to fight for my child. DEVIL'S IN SUITS.nnThis is not over.

I had a custody case for my son that began in June of 2016. I would constantly hear ads for Cordelle &Cordelle on 790 am the ticket on how this firm specializes in assisting men with custody issues. I retained them for their service and thought I would be in good hands. After my initial meeting they assigned my case to Attorney Katherine Miller. nnAt that moment my trust in this firm was lost. Katherine Miller throughout her duration was nearly impossible to get in contact with everytime I called the firm to get an update on my case. The opposing party was ready to mediate in Oct-Nov of 2016. At this point my attorney was no where to be found although I called multiple times/left voicemails and emails. nnKatherine Miller did nothing to move my case along , but her notes stated she was constantly reversing my case while charging me each time she did. In addition not only was I paying for the attorneys but laos the paprelegals who could offer me no details on my case. nnI did finally hear from my attorney when I sent an email to their main office ,informing them I no longer needed their services. I could go on forever about customer service , the promise of return calls and emails but I digress. nnTo conclude , I wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy.

3/30/17. I had a terrible experience with them. My kids mom left the state with my kids, so I hired these crooks. Very long story short, five thousand dollars in thirty days they charged me, and they did nothing. I had to cancel cause they wanted to keep charging for not doing anything. Right now I hired a new attorney to help me. nI won't recommend these people not even to my enemies.
