Was truly disappointed in regards to how he handled things with my husband’s federal white collar case. His lack of knowledge of the changes with the First Steps Act of 2018. Making me feel that my concerns were not priority, and not explaining why they should or shouldn’t be.

Well so far I haven’t got a response from him. But I’m sure he’s a busy man maybe I’ll hear from him in the near future. The case I need him for is very important. It’s about Getting justice for an innocent man that spent 34 years in prison. I’m sure since he was the district attorney at the time he will want to find justice for this man. I’m looking forward to speaking with him!

Your treated like if you were family. Mr Preate and his team go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and treated fairly thru your court proceedings.

I Love this man because he helps everyone who needs help sometimes he tells you actually what to do???? right over the phone ! Hope he always helps me ! If you can get him God is on your side !!

Very knowledgeable about the law. I commend Attorney Preate for the knowledge he offers to the public and incarcerated. A true humanitarian in this respect...
