Ken does a great job. He updated our wills recently. He communicates clearly throughout the entire process. He makes sure you fully understand all the documents and clearly lays out the steps for getting them signed. Extremely rude on the phone. They couldn’t send a simple intake case email to a gmail account and said we are not taking your case in a condescending tone and hung up the phone on me. This is not the right way to treat any client no matter what the issue . I have asked the MetLife legal team to remove them from their plans who suggested them so others in the future don’t look at the other 5 star reviews and waste their time like I did. Please look at the pattern here of rude tone and behavior & Take your business elsewhere where you will be treated the right way.

I researched attorney's online and decided to contacted Kenneth Vercammen for a probate process that I am going through due to great reviews. However, he reached out to me after I had left a message for him and spoke to me in a very demeaning way. If you are providing services and an individual reached out to for your SERVICES being that you are the professional in your field, then there is no reason to speak to someone in that tone.

Mr. Kenneth Vercammen represented my son for a traffic violation and got the points removed and the charges dismissed! He was professional and efficient, even though there were some curve balls thrown at him at the last minute.
