Donald H. Heller A Law Corporation

Donald conducted a poor trial and was extremely arrogant. He was over confident about his ability to win and I paid the price. We had all the resources money could buy but he assured us he knew what he was doing. He lost the trial and was a jerk afterward. I wish we had retained a better trial lawyer like Eric Hintz or Bill Portanova in Sacramento who I later found out were far better lawyers overall. Dont make my mistake by letting Don smooth talk you with his non sense and overinflated ego.

Don Heller is a passionate attorney, one of the best in the business. He is an excellent mix of highly skillful representative ability, ethical and thoughtful in his approach, with a down to earth personality that is very much in touch with basic humanity. I am grateful to have a had such a wonderful attorney.

I would never recommend Heller to anyone. If you aren't famous or extremely wealthy he will treat you like garbage.

I had a team of attorneys for my complex case. Had I used only Don I would have had a better outcome. He's highly intelligent and knows what he's doing.

Donald did a pretty pathetic job for one of my family members. The family would have been better off to have saved the money and used a public defender.
