Excellent attorney, very experienced, always available for answering questions that we had, listened carefully to our history, and very thorough in chronologically noting everything regarding the case. Methodically contacted the opposing insurance carrier and opposing counsel, and was willing and able to go to court to litigate the case. Fortunately, the opposing party decided to settle out of court. Mr. Worley is very friendly, approachable, and likeable. He was very kind and generous after the case was settled, and allocated most of the settlement to us which we were very grateful for. We had a great experience with Mr. Worley and now consider him a friend. Thanks Don.

He did absolutely nothing to create a case against the doctor and strung me along for 2 years. I would call every couple of months to check in and he never had anything new to report. He did not get the doctor's interrogatories while I spent weeks completing mine. He did not attempt to find an expert witness. After he received a motion for summary judgement from the defendant's team, he panicked and asked ME to start looking for witnesses. After I supplied him with names and a meeting, he said we were out of time and I needed to drop the case immediately because they had an expert witness and we did not have time to find one. It was unbelievable. It made me actually question if he was receiving money from the defendant's team of attorneys to do this. I was forced to drop the case within days of the statue of limitations running out so I had no other option of finding a new attorney. Run, don't walk, from this bumbling idiot. He should not be in practice.
