Writing on behalf of our family, my husband was represented by Cordell. Our attorney Cody was extremely detail oriented and efficient. He explained every move he made and why, so that we better understood why we’re doing this instead of that, or why a certain tactic may not be well received or just a waste of time in general as the odds were not with us on certain requests. They’re extremely technologically advanced, and their web portal for adding documents and payment information was something we’d never thought was needed, but after using it there is no way we’d ever want to do it any other way. Instead of sending tons of emails with attachments, this just puts it all in one place. Brilliant. The office as a whole is extremely professional and helpful we were very impressed with the level of communication and immediate execution of things. Even as simple as returned phone call time! Expensive, yes. Worth it? 150%. We would have had so many more problems with the ex wife had Cordell not been able to help navigate and put at end to our being taken advantage of. Absolutely recommend 100 times over to any dads who are so tired of being taken advantage of and made to look the “bad guy” all the time. We know there’s many guys out there just like us, and they should know it’s worth the time and money to make sure they’re able to keep their good name as a good dad and put an end to the other party from trying to make it seem otherwise.

I had a horrible experience with a lawyer that works for them. ( Jennifer Paine) I tried to reach out to them regarding the blatant mishandling of my case and I’m being ignored. They claim to be for men. Does this mean because I’m a woman my case is not important? It’s a sad day when you try to reach out for help from such a trusted law firm to be treated like I don’t exist. The problem that I hired her for is treated like it doesn’t matter. Thank you for ruining my case. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This lawyer does not need to be practicing law. It’s mind boggling how she can get away with treating her trusted clients in this manner.

My fiance and I had a lawyer that just switched over to there (Jennifer Paine) she did nothing for our case! Continued to lie and say she put in motions when she never did. She said she scheduled a court date at the end of the month and when we would ask what day all she would say was "end of the month" so we had to call FOC and they said there was never a date even scheduled so another lie from her. She showed up to one court day and was late so there was no time to prep. I would never recommend her to anyone. Gave her $1,800+ for her to do nothing! Then weeks later withdrew our case because she didn't want to do her job. Then when my fiance tried to talk to her she blocked us on everything.

From the moment I contacted the firm I was treated with the utmost respect and feeling that I was important concerning my issue. My assigned representative Mr. Worosz (Senior Litigator), was attentive in his facilitating the motions for a fair and negotiable resolution. Going forward for law suits can cause a great deal of anxiety; however I felt like the entire firm and all its resources available were there to back me. I can only speak on my experience with Cordell and Cordell. But, through my initial observation I found that there were aplenty of clients coming through those doors for help; irrespective of their nationalities, ethnic backgrounds, etc. It's a class act in having this firm represent me. And I would definitely recommend the firm to anyone looking for justice in "dads" father rights!!
