My case was a simple case and did not go further than mediation but dragged on for an extended period of time. Multiple errors in documentation by Morgan Montoya. Cordell and Cordell Sacramento is 100% not for the father. Most of my billed time was communications with the mother. The custody order actually had another man's name to start with as well as stating "attorney for mother". Do not retain this law firm, you will come to regret it. If anyone wants me to share these examples I will happily do so. Take your business elsewhere!!!

For claiming to be for fathers, I believe is false advertising. I was represented by Morgan Montoya, when I first explained my hi strung drama custody issue I was assured she was the one. She has now left and left my case a mess. Between the lack of communication, assertiveness, and not submitting papers my case is continuously getting pushed out. What should have been handled 2 months ago now won’t be addressed until November. It’s now the 2nd day that I have been calling and all I get told is someone will call me back.

Atty Sanders B. Patton goes above and beyond as a lawyer. This firm needs to give that man a corner office with a view. Beyond satisfied
