Ryan Mitchell is a class act. The only regret is not working with Mr. Mitchell initially in my legal dispute. In the end Mr. Mitchell saved me thousands by being honest with me about my situation which other attorneys would not do. Mr. Mitchell completed the most comprehensive written review of my case compared to other attorneys (for a fraction of the cost I paid other attorneys). I am not one to make solid referrals but Mr. Mitchell will always be at the top of my list.

I suggest being extremely careful about paying Ryan Mitchell a retainer until you are 100% sure you are going to utilize his services. After consulting him on whether or not I had a case worth pursuing, I was led to believe it would be in my best interest to wait and see if my situation would resolve organically without need of Ryan’s intervention. I agreed that this made sense, but opted to go ahead and pay Ryan’s retainer, to avoid having to schedule a meeting with him in the event that his services would be required. I was led to believe the retainer I was paying would be for a demand letter he would write for me if I so needed him to. $500 for a letter seemed fair. At no time was I informed that the $500 fee would be applied towards the two half hour meetings I spent with him discussing whether I had a case, prior to signing his retainer agreement. Now by my own admission, my situation took almost a year to resolve organically, but in that time period Ryan had done exactly zero work on my behalf. Upon contacting him to inquire about whether my retainer could be refunded seeing as he did not wind up writing a demand letter on my behalf, I was advised that the retainer was being applied to “work” Ryan had done prior to our retainer agreement. Now I’m probably as much at fault here for not being more prudent in knowing what I was paying for. As it clearly would have been in my better interest to wait until I knew if I would be using his services before I paid him. Ryan did wind up refunding me $100 for what he said was the remainder of my retainer not used up by his work. However I would advise anyone inquiring about Ryan’s services to be 100% sure about what you are getting. All in all an hour and a half worth of Ryan’s time cost me $400. I probably would not even be upset about it, had it been clearly stated that time implied to me as free of charge (initial consultations about the merit of my case) was actually not such. Not the end of the world but definitely not what I thought I was agreeing to. I’m sure Ryan would have done a great job if I had needed that letter written. But we never got that far, and because of my experiences after the fact I would hesitate to refer anyone to his services.

CONSUMERS BEWARE! According to recent court filings in Lake County, Orlando Lawyer Timothy McCullough is now being accused by former clients of forging thier signatures on a false affidavit, then notarizing the false affidavit and wait for it.... then filing the false affidavit in one of his court cases against a developer down in Orlando!!! That is a minimum of 3 felonies in one shot! If he mailed it, that’s another felony! And oh, I almost forgot, it is a misdemeanor for a notary to notarize one’s own signature, much less a forged one! Mr. McCullough, why did you forge your ex client’s signature when according to that ex client who signed a sworn statement, ( yes, this time he actually got to sign his own signature LOL ) whereby he told you in writing that he would not sign that document? Mr. McCullough, when you forged that document, why did you notarize your forgery?!!?!!? Mr. McCullough, why did you take the document that you forged and notarized and then file it with the court? Isn’t that FRAUD? Mr. McCullough, why would you abuse the trust of your clients as an Officer of the Court? Well, I know why Mr. McCullough. It was pure greed because you told several people that you stood to make a few million dollars from filing this sham shakedown lawsuit. And to really get the lies out there, you conspired with Don Karl Juravin, the internet con artist to get it out there online. Oh well, it looks like tables have been turned on you and your cohort Juravin. Your case got blasted out by the Federal Court and your clients have to pay up. And it also looks like the felony charges are coming your way very soon. In regards to Juravin, Bella Collina won and injunction with fines for his online antics. Good job guys!
