I was in the middle of a three-car pile-up. I hit my head and was knocked out and taken to the ER, my car was totaled, and I ended up with a concussion, back issues, and no car. A friend of mine gave me advice to get a lawyer. I read reviews, did some research, and picked Effres and Associates and I'm so glad I did. I worked with Justin Effres who was amazing. I am not someone who likes to deal with anything legal, well, who does, and with Justin, he made it so easy and handled everything. Truly, he made what could have been a horrible experience not that bad. All my medical was covered and he was able to get me the funds I needed to buy a new car, without any payments which was a big deal for me. I work in non-profit and my car had been paid off for some time and taking on a car payment right now just wasn't feasible. Justin did a great job, he got me a fair settlement which is exactly what I wanted and made it painless (unlike the car accident). The staff at Effres & Associates were top notch all the way. Everyone was kind and generous and supportive. I can't thank them all enough for the great job they did for me and protecting me.
