A while ago. I was selling a home and had khaled check the sellers contract. He took 4 days to check it. Everytime i call to try to reach out to him, an old lady answers the phone and says something like he's not here, he's in a meeting, or he is in court. This kept happening for another few days. Until i told the lady that ill be taking my business elsewhere. Then some how he was not in court anymore and told he to tell me that they are extremely busy and are not able help me out. This was extremely unprofessional. Why did it take 7 days to get to that point? I would've appreciate it if they said that from the beginning. Im glad i did not deal with them. I found a better lawyer and a better price and they are extremely professional. I suggest that you look for someone else.

Good communication and helped hash out some issues that came up on the home inspection. Khaled was amazing to work with. I definitely recommend he represent you with the purchase of your home.

Great Law Firm to purchase and sell a home. Khaled will make sure to go through the whole contract word for word. After he does, he will talk to his client about his findings and what he believes is best. I shopped around for a real estate attorney and Elkhatib Law was the best choice. Elkhatib Law focuses on real estate transactions unlike other law firms that focus on divorce, civil, real estate, etc. This law office is excellent in responding to their clients in a timely manner.

Attorney Elkhatib was very helpful. He ended up not being able to take the case due to jurisdiction but he was generous, knowledable, and a good communicator (listened well and explained well). i will call him for sure when we have something in Chicago!!
