Terrible company. I purchased one of their EV Chargers. It broke one month passed the 3 year warranty and they told me there was nothing that I could do. That I have to replace the whole unit (and pay an electritian to do that again). So Initially, the whole setup cost me $2,000 and, because of this I may be looking at having to do it all over again because they do not have even one person or company who can come and check it out. Their service was terrible. Jose Colinas, the customer representative I talked to was absolutely useless. His "solution" was to tell me to hire an electritian to remove it, send it somewhere via mail, wait to hear from them then see what happens... Incredible! In 52 years I have never encountered a more unprofessional service.
