Attorney Jessica Block served as Mediator for one of our trickier employment cases and did a wonderful job bringing the matter to resolution. She listened intently to each side’s position and gave helpful feedback on the evidence presented. She made my client feel as though her concerns had been “heard” by allowing time to “tell her story,” but she also kept the process moving along efficiently so that we were able to settle the case during the session. I would highly recommend Attorney Block for mediation of workplace disputes.

We have had the opportunity to work with Jessica Block a couple of times. Not only is she incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, she works hard on behalf of her clients while exercising incredible compassion to the client that may be facing a very challenging and emotional situation. She has gone above and beyond to work during the holidays and even check in well after the matter has been resolved, just to see how things are. On two occasions, Jessica took my call and gave advice when she didn't really have to. The fees were appropriate for the work performed. I cannot recommend Jessica and Block & Roos enough.

Jessica Block, took a "nightmare situation" and turned it around for me. From the moment we talked and I explained what I was facing with my current employer she stayed cool, calm and caring.
