Should you require legal representation for an eviction, I highly recommend the services of Mr. Stirling Hopson. His exceptional knowledge and clear explanations of the legal process ensure that you are well-informed at every stage. Despite the challenges posed by LA County's stringent eviction regulations, Mr. Hopson has proven to be a reliable advocate for property owners. His integrity and expertise make him a top choice for navigating complex eviction cases and ensuring the successful recovery of your property. Thank you, Mr. Hopson.
I hired this lawyer for a real estate problem. In 3 years all that he did was postponed the hearings. The other party was representing himself yet this attorney would just postpone the hearing. This was at the time covid was ending but he kept saying the court wanted him to postpone the hearing because of covid. The truth is this lawyer did not want to do anything regarding my case but he kept charging me. Once I look at the invoice he was charging me twice for the same thing. It seams to me that if your not the right nationality he won't care about your case. Be Careful in hiring this attorney. Look at his review score , there's a reason why its low. My mistake was not reading his reviews prior to hiring him.
Larsen is a first class professional with solid knowledge of the law in a very practical and value focused way. He has great ethics and heart and cares about providing client value.
We had the tremendous pleasure of working with the Ensberg Law Group, they're a group of superb attorneys and paralegals who exercise professional diligence and integrity. Will absolutely work with them again, thank you!
I asked Steven Ensberg to check a commercial lease agreement. I marked the paragraphs that I need to be explained. When the call started he was reading my email while I was on the line. Then he opened the lease and started to explain me from the beginning. It means he didn't read it prior to the call. Coz my marks was way lower. Ok he explained me the parts that I wanted. I had to ask him to give me his opinion. (I think that what attorney should do, everybody can read right. I need expertise not a translator) Feeling was as I hire translator not an attorney. So at the end of the 30 min call he charged me for a full hour. I called back to find out why he did so. It was a 30 min call. He said that he spent some time to learn the lease prior to the call. Which he didn't. I feel like he just scammed me for $175. Don't recommend use him for explanations.
