I was so excited when I spoke to a lawyer Benjamin Flam from Gordon Law Group back in November 2022 about a case I wanted to pursue. It was around the holidays so when I didn’t hear back from him when I was supposed to I tried to be understanding as I have a family as well and understand things happen. I texted Ben, emailed him even called Gordon Law Group who expressed he’s been in court busy and will get back to me. It’s April 2023 and NOTHING. I thought I found a lawyer that truly understood what I went through. Very unfortunate that I never heard back from anyone and was left hanging.

I retained them during an employment contract suit based in New York to defend against a frivolous countersuit from an employer in Massachusetts. Philip Gordon and Kristen Hurley were not only courteous and easy to work with but handled the case expeditiously to ultimately get the case dismissed based on its merits (or lack thereof) and allowed the primary suit to continue unimpeded. They operate very professionally and wasted no time getting to work on my behalf. Communication was ample and easy to understand while keeping my aware of their positive progress.
