William is a horrible attorney WAY to old to be practicing law doesn’t even know the proper way to do things and has no type of negotiation skills he also represents pure scum
We’ve been coming here for 10 plus years; now it’s horrible. Ever since Monica retired, things hasn’t been the same. Their attorneys don’t care about you. They never call back or answer emails; even when the receptionist left notes at their desks. I’ve been waiting for a call back from one of their attorneys and it’s been a month. I’ve probably called like 100 times and left like 100 voice messages over the past month. After Monica left, we worked with two different attorneys from this place and they just stop responding after a while. We felt so ignored and neglected. It’s frustrating. Not professional or helpful. 10 plus years went right into the dumpster.
They assisted me with understanding the diffrent between a Will and Trust. They also aided me in establishing the documents of my choice such as a Will, Health medical director and power of attorney. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very punctual. Based on that I have referred my friends and family for assistance.
I contacted Estate & Elder Law Services by phone and email on 8-26-22 to inquire about their fee structure for revising a Will & POA. After not receiving a response to my messages after several days, I continued to try and follow up by phone but learned they never answer calls live. I finally received an email reply on 9-23-22 - almost a full month after my initial inquiry. That's not acceptable client service in my view and in the interest of completing this work in a more timely manner, I ended up going elsewhere.
Very disappointed in this service. First, after multiple calls and emails to the service, I never got a call back. Once I did receive the phone call from an attorney, I was very disappointed at how he not only looked at my problem, but insulted at his response to my problem. The fact that he THOUGHT I was looking for "free service" within my situation was very insulting. Furthermore, when I explained that I was told this place is a service to help low income individuals and it is based off a sliding scale, he basically must have felt that I was unable to pay for the services by the way he was treating and talking to me. At this point, I didn't want this agency or attorney to help me, I would rather pay a better attorney!
