Mark Fabiano was a life saver during my 2nd OUI case. I was very nervous going into court, but when we walked into Dedham district court, Mark seemed to know everyone, and everyone was happy to see him. Marc researched my case and driving history and was eventually able to get me a Cahill disposition and CWOF, which essentially means that my 2nd OUI ended up being treated as a first offense by the court system and I didn't have to enter a guilty plea on my record. As an added bonus, I was even eligible for a hardship license during my license suspension for a chemical test refusal. Otherwise I would not have had a license to drive for 3 years. In addition, even after the court case had been resolved, Mark was their for me when I was denied a hardship license by the RMV and attended my appeal hearing with me, where he spoke on my behalf, and the board overturned the RMV's decision.
