I have been dealing with FSK for almost 10 years now and I am very disappointed. For the past month, I’ve been trying to reach out John Castiglone to update my account but no response. Once I was able to get through to him, I completed the necessary paperwork to have my files updated with new reoccurring payment information but no changes were made despite multiple follow ups via email and phone calls. Overall, my experience with FSK has been very unprofessional and they appear to be careless.

Running a scam to collect on old debts that are past the statute of limitations and tries to sue if you don’t fall for the scam. The lady on the phone, Marge, was one of the rudest people we have ever talked to. Horrible business practice taking advantage of people that don’t look into the statute of limitations on collecting debts. Also seems convenient that every bad review is “someone who is not a client of the firm” .. yeah because they weren’t going to fall for the scam!! Do your research people before these vultures get you.
