I cannot highly recommend Linda Fellen as a real estate attorney more! She is an absolute shark of a lawyer and helped navigate us through a very difficult closing on our home yesterday with such grace and patience (on our end). We went from closing on Friday to not closing for 2-6 weeks to closing on Friday within 30 hours and it is all because of her sharp wits and handling our very difficult lender, and seller's lawyer, title company. She was there to take my questions and answered them with patience when I asked "what the hell is going on?!" each day. Anyway, I cannot recommend more. Go use her if you are buying a home. She helped my 2 sisters as well, but really was on top of it for my boyfriend and I. (And she is a Manalapan native!)

I would not endorse this lawyer. Ms. Sawicki is antiquated and exhibits condescending behavior if you disagree with her. One pro is her directness, although it can come across as arrogance.

Linda works her tail off for you! Buying a house can be a frustrating experience. A lot of things can also slide by and be unseen. She explains everything from the housing contract to inspection rules. She brings everything to your attention, and means business. I want to see if I can use her again because it was the best working with her!

Amy is the worst! Only cares about the seller. I was a buyer and she gave the upper hand to the sellers attorney. Went in circles explaining terms. Only cared about us buying the house. Would not work with them again. Will go to the sellers attorney as they cared about their client and was the far superior attorney.

I am very happy with the services of Any Sawicki. Amy is very direct and down to earth. I would recommend Amy Sawicki to any buyer. Her fees are very reasonable. I would use her services again without question.
