I just recently closed a transaction with Austin Title and they were on point, very helpful and organized. I am happy to use them again.
Hassle free and welcoming staff. They have a nice pantry too. They have nice sign boards to get a picture
It funny going back 3 years and reading the exact same experience I had yesterday. We had an appointment at 11am Manda our notary was awesome went through the paper work with us and all the signing was done by 11:30am fast forward to 3pm we finally get paper work after telling the staff about how their communication was non existent. We have 5 people tell us 5 different reasons why we couldn't have the keys to our house.
Beautiful office filled with wonderful people. Social distancing and safe practices were clearly followed. That let me know they care about the clients. Thank you for your assistance.
Just an unfriendly experience overall. This was our first time buying a home. The front desk attendant was extremely unfriendly when we arrived. The same level of "excellence" was continued to the actual closing once in the office. We must have caught the lady who conducted the actual closing on a bad day or something. She seemed to be upset, after a few documents and questions it felt she was upset with us. We wired the closing costs, which they had received before we arrived so not so sure what she had to be upset about. Maybe asking a few questions being a first time home buyer did it. In any event, my wife were thrilled to be new homeowners, but would have rather closed with a different company.
