We had an appointment at 1:30 pm and at 2 pm still not seen anybody my wife went to the front desk no apologies or anything an still waited for another 14 min finally paula came out but she didn't have the last names right so more waiting just letting you know was an hour before we started signing paperwork and no apologies

Do yourself a favor and pick another title company. Had to deal with 4 different people and no one would return my calls. Also closing paperwork had several errors including an overpayment to my sellers agent.
