Reviews

I found them, specifically JB Jennings from the 555 S Flower Street location, not to be impartial. We were the sellers in this transaction and regardless of the many attempts to share the accurate information along with the supporting documents JB sided with the buyer throughout the transaction. This became very transparent when we received the first closing statement estimate as she credited the buyer for categories we paid for such as RSO/SCEP and property tax. Proration credits were in the favor of the buyer; when questioned we were told the buyer will get the 29th since it will close in the morning but of course it didnt close until after 4pm. Our statement reflected the buyer receiving prorated rents starting the 29th but yet we were being charged that day for the expenses; when dealing with 37 units this can be a significant amount of money. We now understand why the buyer was so admit about using her. Needles to say they we will not use Fidelity or JB Jennings in our future endeavors!!
