The call back secretary/legal assistant/ or atty (who ever did the call back) didn't understand what I wanted representation for & had ALL Details & Facts wrong including what type of case it was. She was extremely rude, she would not stop talking to let me explain my case and correct the information she had. She had all the information wrong and wasn't interested in my case or even hearing me talk to explain/correct the facts & details. She continued to get Loud, Yell and Talk Over me, After Asking me What I was Needing Assistance For. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL, rude and DEFINITELY not interested in taking on new POSSIBLE large case(s). **I worked for a law firm in Birmingham, MI for 7 years and if I talked to a NEW, Potential client like that I wouldn't have a job anymore. **

Customer service was excellent. Very thrill with the questions, considerate, understanding, but most of all patients with listen to everything that I had to tell them. I believe I have made the best decision contacting Fieger Law.

Intake staff is very rude would not let me explain to them nothing very inconsiderate and disrespectful I asked her name she denied me the information. I will use a different lawyer
