If you are in a case where you have safety concerns about your child, look elsewhere. An inexperienced associate handled my case back in 2017, came to court unprepared, cowered in front of the judge (while opposing counsel and the birth father of my child chuckled), and ruined my infant daughter’s life. The damage done that day was irreparable. Sadly, they are just one example in a long list of lazy, corrupt, and incompetent attorneys who would rather hear themselves blather than listen to the concerns of the people paying them for assistance.
My fiance and I had a very disappointing experience with Amy Lambert. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email and phone, we rarely received a response from Amy. There were times when I would go days without hearing anything, which was extremely frustrating. As someone who was in need of legal assistance, I expected more from a professional law firm. The lack of communication left me feeling confused and helpless. I was never sure if my case was being properly handled or if there were any updates. Overall, I would not recommend this law firm to anyone seeking legal help. The lack of communication and follow-up was extremely disappointing, and I ultimately had to seek assistance elsewhere.
I can't even begin to describe in words the positive experience I had working with Jami Turner. Hiring her as my divorce attorney was the best decision I made. She truly goes above and beyond. Jami always responded promptly to my communications, explained everything in detail, never ever made me feel rushed, and showed sincere compassion. Each task was handled with such grace, extreme knowledge, and honesty. She advocated for me on every need. She truly is a magnificent attorney, level-headed, sensible and smart as hell!
Scott Milner and his paralegal Donna were professional while also being very personable and compassionate during this very difficult time. They were also very attentive and responsive, especially when something was time-sensitive. What I appreciated most was Scott's balanced approach of always trying to work cooperatively with the other party while also being willing to take a firm stand when necessary. I can't recommend his services enough. It was one of the best decisions I made.
