My design center appointment with Fischer Homes was excellent! I had Grace as my designer and she was very knowledgeable on all the options and super helpful when I needed advice on certain selections. I couldn’t be happier with how my new home turned out and cannot wait to see it once it’s all built! Huge shout out to Grace and Sam for making my experience extra special! ????

My Wife and I had been looking for our new home for over 2 years and met our Sales Consultant,Joy Ireland. From the moment we met Joy, she has been absolutely amazing, patient, and helpful. She helped us find the perfect lot to build on with a floorplan that checked all of our boxes. The outstanding customer experience continued when we met with Leah Gilbert in the design center. She was patient with us as we changed our minds several times and helped guide us through the process. We would recommend Fischer homes to anyone looking to build their dream home

Moved into a new home recently, after my final walk through there were countless things that needed addressed. I was told by the time I moved in they'd be resolved. Upon moving in nothing was resolved, the reps sent to the house were incapable of fixing issues. My sales point of contact from Fischer stopped answering my call the second keys were handed over even after saying multiple times "call us if you need anything." There really are some awful people that work for this company and I'm not sure if it's situational or comes from the top. Either way, I wish for a better experience than I had for future customers.

Given our recent experience, we cannot recommend Fischer Homes. We were misled by the sales agent concerning our lot. Specifically, we were told that our backyard would have a slight drop off to some catch basins and that the drop off would be no more than three feet. Throughout the building process when we inquired about the grading, we were simply told by the sales agent that we needed to wait until final grading was complete. Once the final grading was complete, there was a significant drop off, or "cliff", at the back of our property. This "cliff" is easily more than six feet. Because we have small children, this is a major concern for us. Attached are photos of the property. Photo 1 is the lot when we bought it. Photo 2 is the property after final grading. Photo 3 is the lot after it was seeded.

The staff of Fischer Homes : James Brooks and Leah Gilbert at the design center has been great. Very professional , patient and knowledgeable. My wife and I shopped for homes for three months. Started at Fischer Homes , tried the existing home market but ended back at Fischer Homes. Very happy with the purchase. If the build goes as well as the purchase we will be very pleased.
