Without denigrating the prosecution or their clients, Mr. Fishwick defended me when it seemed I might be liable for more than just reckless driving. He made a great case for me and eliminated any criminal charge (I had experienced a medical emergency). The case was dismissed. I didn't even have to pay a fine!
