The only reason there's one star is because it is the only way to write a post. As a contractor, I was sold a total crock of BS. They never even approached me in the store my past 4 visits. They promised me my orders would be waiting for me when I returned for scheduled pick-ups. That has NEVER HAPPENED, had to wait 30+ minutes the past 3 pick ups. They don't respect your time, they don't respect corporate time. Just a bunch of could-care-less employees, from the manager on down. Will dissuade everyone I know from going to Floor and Decor.nAnd don't try calling them, corporate customer support line is not working, can't take transfers or a message.nI won't waste any more time at Floor and Decor. nOh, the manager did offer me a seat and a water, after failing to execute his job for over 3 hours. Need I say more????

Tiles Paradise.. nothing is impossible!

we were shopping for flooring for our home. We were in an apartment and had one month left on the lease. When we entered the store we explained that we had time a restraint of one month and picked a floor. The floor was in stock but the molding and transition strips were not. We were guaranteed that they would be there in a little a three days but could go into the next week, however nothing would be more than two weeks out. We purchased the floor and hired a contractor. Contractor started the work then had to come to a stand still. we have been idle for three weeks now and the contractor has had to move to other jobs. we have to be out of the apartment in four days and we cant move into the house because the floors are missing. very disappointing. I will never walk into another floor and dxe9cor again.
